The 38th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of AMMA Foundation was held on 7 December 2019 at No. 40-B, 2nd Floor, Lorong Rahim Kajai 14, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. Quorum was met with 18 members present in person and 26 Proxies. The meeting proceeded to discuss the following business:-

AGENDA

1.            To receive the Foundation’s Annual Report and adopt the  Audited Accounts, including the Directors & Auditors Reports thereon, for the year ended 30 June 2019.

2.            To re-elect the Directors retiring by rotation in accordance with Article 19 of the Foundation’s Articles of Association:                                                                                                                                       
3.            To re-appoint Auditors and to authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration.

4.            To transact any other ordinary business of the Foundation.
